The Public Prosecution relies in the course of its work to simplify and speed up procedures in a way that does not affect the proper functioning of justice, as it serves the public, eliminates its interests, and achieves justice.
 The Public Prosecution handles matters of judicial delegation regarding the extradition and follow-up of criminals in accordance with international agreements, in cooperation with the International Criminal Police, so that the criminal cannot escape with his crime from one state to another, which is a serious violation of the state’s right to punishment.
