From Tajikistan
Chairman of PO "National Union of people with disabilities of Tajikistan" from 2016 until now;
Ø From 2010 to 2016, he worked as a chairperson of "IMCONIYAT" Society of People with Disabilities of Dushanbe;
Ø A member of the Public Council under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and also a member of the Cooperation Council under the Government of Tajikistan's Committee for Architecture and Construction for creating an accessible environment.
Ø Since 2016, a member of the ODIHR's International Expert Group on the participation of persons with disabilities in political and public life.
Ø Since March 2012, chairperson of the Central Asian Disability Forum.
Ø In 2015, he was honored with "The best human rights defender of the year" in Tajikistan;
Ø Areas of expertise are: the ratification process of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, lobbying for the creation of an accessible environment, lobbying for inclusive education.
